I was surprised when a lady once asked me about my "interest" in food - I'd never thought of it as an "interest," I just thought that I may as well eat nice, tasty stuff as eat crap. And when I was a student I ate a lot of crap. Anyway, I now realise that the lady was right - I am interested in peparing and eating good food. It definitely takes a little thought and sometimes a little time but it's damned good fun. Let's kick off with something simple... Pasta Sauces
